By using the Portal to make a user profile, and/or to make a licence application, you are agreeing that:

• You will keep your user profile and contact details up-to-date.
• You will use a strong password or passphrase for your user account.
• You will adhere to the Duty of Confidentiality
• You will contact us to request changes to your username and/or to create an organisational profile and/or to add a user to your organisational profile.
• By adding a user to your organisational profile, you are giving that user the same permissions to carry out actions using the system that you have. For example, this means that all users who are added to your organisational profile:
  
  • can fill in and submit a licence application on your organisation's behalf;
  • will receive notifications about that licence application;
  • can view all current and previous licence applications for your organisation;
  • can request withdrawal of any of your organisation's licence applications or cancellation of any of your organisation's issued licences;

If you have forgotten your sign in details, please click on "Forgot your password?" link within the Sign In page, or contact us. Please do not create a duplicate user profile as this may delay the processing of your licence application.
